Affordable Housing Program
The program is part of a broader initiative to preserve the
city's historic architecture while ensuring that quality, centrally located
housing remains accessible to a diverse range of community members. Income
eligibility is based on HUD guidelines, and qualified applicants can enjoy
well-appointed apartments featuring high ceilings, original architectural
details, and updated kitchens and baths. Residents also have access to a
variety of on-site amenities, including a fitness center, venues. Using the Household
Member’s number column in the chart, find the annual income that is closest to
your household’s gross annual income.
Income Verifications:
· Paystubs for the most recent 6-week
period
· Bank Statements for the two most
recent months
· Tax returns for the two most recent
tax years
· Other potential income- SSI, Child
Support, Gifts, etc.
· 1 Bedroom can occupy up to 3 persons
· 2 Bedroom can occupy up to 5 persons
· Occupants are determined by each
person living in the home, regardless of age.
*Anyone living in the home earning income must provide proof
of income.

those under 18 years of age).
Using the Household Member’s column in the chart, find the
annual income that is closest to, but also larger than, your household’s gross
