Workforce Housing is a housing program designed to help
individuals who work in providing vital services in our community find housing
near the neighborhoods where they work. The community offers income-based
apartments in Fort Worth, TX, through the Affordable Housing program. To
determine if you are eligible for Affordable Housing, you must qualify under
specific income guidelines. Please review the checklist below to apply.
Application fee: $100
Maximum Income Requirements:
- Six weeks of the most
recent consecutive paycheck stubs.
- IRS Form 1040 with
Schedule C for the last 2 years (self-employed only).
- Social security award
letter not more than 120 days old.
- Current statement of
retirement or pension plan. 401k statement not more than 120 days old.
